    Specific Considerations

    The human resources professional has the ability to relate to persons at all organizational levels. A maturity of outlook, flexibility, integrity and a tolerance for ambiguity is essential. The HR professional is, in essence, an internal consultant who provides planning, co-ordination, program management and advisory services to managers, supervisors and workers throughout the organization. Human Resource graduates from this accredited program may have the opportunity to acquire external certification from the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources New Brunswick.
