Program Description
If you are already climbing the ladder of success, and see your last couple of rungs as a career in Human Resources, the Human Resources Management (HRM) program is for you. The program provides comprehensive theory and practices to professionals who already possess a university degree, a community college diploma, three years of working experience, or a combination of learning and equivalent experience.
If you are already an HRM professional who wants to expand or update your skills, our highly experiential learning activities prepare you for the future. As a student, you will take part in projects, role-plays, simulations and work attachments to combine classroom learning with practical application.

Graduates are prepared to work as HRM professionals in a broad range of industries within the private and public sectors, including manufacturing and IT industries, placement agencies and service centres.
