Program Description

If you enjoy discovering new places and planning, the travel and tourism industry might be for you. The Hospitality and Tourism Operations: International Travel and Tourism program combines work in the classroom, field, with industry professionals and international travel so you can develop significant insight into the nature of social and geographic cultural diversity. You will be able to apply advanced marketing and sales skills to develop and implement tourism destination products in the areas of: sport, culture, adventure, event entertainment, recreation, education, history and culinary. Upon graduation, you will have a working knowledge of travel and tourism operations, established by applying geographic and interpersonal skills throughout the program, and will be prepared to create successful tourism products.
