While at NBCC, there are many different work options. Whether it’s a Co-op placement, an internship, or off campus work, international students must have a work permit. On campusStudents without work permits can still apply for available positions at our NBCC Campuses. Contact the following campuses for more information: Fredericton, Miramichi, Moncton, Saint John, St. Andrews and Woodstock.
Social Insurance NumberTo work in Canada you must have a work permit, unless you are working on campus, and a Social Insurance Number (SIN). For more information on the application process for a SIN, please visit the Service Canada website.
Confirmation of enrollmentFor the renewal of your immigration document or other applications, you may need a letter confirming that you’re an NBCC student. Contact the International Advisor on your campus for more information.
