Information For Parents

After safety and well-being, a child’s education is one of the most important things to a parent. We at NBCC understand that education is a big financial investment, but is also one that’s worthwhile.

We don’t have to tell you how important your roles as parents because you already know. Upon high school graduation, there are so many options for your children. Here are a few reasons to consider NBCC:

• with more than 80 programs to choose from in a variety of fields: including business, health, trades, media arts and more, we change as the needs of employers change. This means your child will be employable in today’s market.

• the cost of tuition is an affordable $2,600 per year. See our financial information for more details. In addition to provincial and federal student loans, there are also a number of scholarships and bursaries available provincially, and from each campus.

• many one and two year programs count as credit toward a university degree.

• with six campuses around the province - Moncton, Saint John, Miramichi, Woodstock, Fredericton and St. Andrews – your children may be able to stay close to home. If they do move, a list of accommodations near each campus is provided, so you can feel good about where your child will be living.

Read our Why NBCC section to see why NBCC could be the perfect place for your student/child. Our graduate statistics also give you an inside look at our graduate success rates.
