Course Description
The Restricted Operator's Certificate - Maritime Commercial (ROC-MC) is
intended for the mariners, serving on compulsory-fitted commercial ships
within the North American A1 sea areas. It is compliant with the
International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and
Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978, as amended in 1995 (STCW 95 Regulation
IV/2). Includes simulator equipment, manual and handouts.
*This course is designed for those that already hold a GMDSS-ROC-MC and need to update the radio course.
