Students prepare various breakfast recipes and, at the end of the evening, will sample all the dishes that have been prepared. Menu includes French Toast, Pancakes, Home Fries, and Scrambled Eggs with Chives and Cheddar Cheese. This is a hands-on course that will take place at the Simonds High School food lab.
