Candy Making

Course Description

Course Code:  1211
Credits:  Non-credit

Students prepare various candies and, at the end of the evening, will have a tray to take home for everyone to sample.  Recipies include White Chocolate Bark, Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls, Dark Chocolate Pralines (caramel and pecans covered in chocolate).  This is a hands-on course that will take place at the Simonds High School Food Lab.
