Course Description
Topics will include:
- Explore how we can enjoy keeping our bodies strong, flexible and healthy and our minds quiet, calm and focused.
- Focused yogic breathing is one of life’s most powerful and useful tools; it keeps the body in vibrant health; provides more energy and calms body and mind.
- Postures can be modified or substituted so everyone benefits and progresses at their own personal level.
- Leave class refreshed, having found benefits and joy for body, mind, heart and spirit.
