Course Description
Topics will include:
- Utilize the Visual Basic.Net development environment and tools
- Apply problem solving abilities in developing program designs from specifications
- Write programs according to specifications using fundamental programming constructs including selection structures, loops, sub procedures, functions and collections
- Communicate self-identified technical problems, processes and solutions
- Test and debug applications
- Maintain existing programs by making modifications as required
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of programs
- Transfer theory and skills to new technical concepts and environments
