Course Description
Beginning in 2012, the New Brunswick Department of Health requires certain staff in licensed food premises to have up-to-date food safety training and certification.
NBCC Moncton will be offering the 8 hour “National Food Safety Training” course that will prepare food handlers to write the CRFA exam.

Dates:
- January 21, February 11, or March 10 (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
- January 30 & 31, February 20 & 21, or March 19 & 20 (6 p.m. to 10 p.m.)
If there is a demand, more courses will be offered in April, May and June.

Tuition: $125.00 includes textbook and exam
