Program Description The New Brunswick Community College Moncton Campus has partnered with the University of New Brunswick's College of Extended Learning to offer a Professional Development Certificate Program in Human Resources Management (HRM). The HRM Certificate Program enhances the skills and knowledge of HR professionals to help them meet the demands of the organizations in which they work. It addresses the major topics that are at the centre of the profession, presents the role of HR in an organization and encompasses theoretical and operational aspects of HR Management.

• Job and Organization Design
• Compensation and Benefits
• Recruitment and Selection
• Employment Law: The Legislative Framework
• Labour Relations
• Training and Development
• Retention
• Performance Management
This program is designed for HR professionals, preferably with two years work experience in the field, or for individuals with five or more years of work experience and an expressed interest in the HR field.
Duration
This part-time program starts in September, and is given two days per month for eight months.
