Course DescriptionTopics will include:
- Cooking with low glycemic index foods: whole grains, fruits, vegetables and legumes (beans, lentils, etc)
- Baking without sugar (fruit-sweetened instead)
- Cooking with less sodium and better fats
- Main courses, side dishes, breakfasts, party food and more
