Cake Decorating

Topics will include:

• Various techniques taught for the beginner
• Most common flowers and leaves using a variety of tips
• Cake borders
• Icing recipes – buttercream fondant, royal icing
• Use of flat nail and drop nail for roses and lilies
• How to prepare a cake for decorating
