Tuition and Fees

TuitionDomestic applicants and applicants from the State of Maine
  • Tuition: $2600 per year (including the $250 confirmation fee amount)
    - Students from the State of Maine: $2,600 per year
  • Tuition can be paid in full at the time of registration, or broken into two payments.
    - Payment 1: $1,050 (due at registration)
    - Payment 2: $1,300 (due at the start of 2nd semester)
International applicants
  • Tuition: $5,200 per year (including the $700 confirmation fee amount)
  • Tuition can be paid in full at the time of registration, or broken into two payments:
    - Payment 1: $1,900 (due at registration)
    - Payment 2: $2,600 (due at the start of 2nd semester)
FeesDomestic applicants and applicants from the State of Maine
  • Application fee: $25 per program (domestic students, non-refundable) 
  • Confirmation fee: $250 (non-refundable, due within 30 days of acceptance, applied to tuition)
  • Student fee (campus-specific): $35 - $100
International applicants
  • Application fee: $100 for a selection of 1 or 2 programs (non-refundable)
  • Confirmation fee: $700 (partially non-refundable, due within 30 days of acceptance)

Other costs

The following expenses should also be considered as you plan for your studies at NBCC. Unless stated otherwise, these are annual estimates.

  • Books/materials (program dependant): $600 - $1500
  • Local transportation: $500
  • Accommodation (monthly): $400 - $800
  • Food and incidentals: $4,000
