Admissions profiles

Profile A
  • High School Diploma or Adult High School Diploma or GED Diploma of High School Equivalency

Explanatory Notes
Profile A requires successful completion of high school courses at Levels 1, 2, or 3. Transcripts of marks from public high schools indicating a modified level will need additional evaluation.

Profile B
  • High School Diploma or Adult High School Diploma or GED Diploma of High School Equivalency
  • Geometry and Applications in Mathematics 112 and Functions and Relations 112

Explanatory Notes
Profile B includes the requirements in Profile A and requires students to successfully complete Geometry and Applications in Mathematics 112 and Functions and Relations 112.

Profile C
  • High School Diploma or Adult High School Diploma or GED Diploma of High School Equivalency
  • Geometry and Applications in Mathematics 112 and Functions and Relations 112
  • One (1) additional science from the following:
    - Biology 112 or Biology 122
    - Chemistry 112 or 122
    - Physics 112 or 122

Explanatory Notes

Profile C includes the requirements in Profile B and in addition, requires students to successfully complete one additional science (Level 2) above the high school graduation requirements.

Recommended science: A Program may indicate a recommended science from Biology, Chemistry, or Physics. This will be indicated in the Program Pages under Admission Requirements.

Profile D
  • High School Diploma or Adult High School Diploma or GED Diploma of High School Equivalency
  • Geometry and Applications in Mathematics 112 and Functions and Relations 112
  • Two (2) additional sciences from the following:
    - Biology 112 or 122
    - Chemistry 112 or 122
    - Physics 112 or 122

Explanatory Notes

Profile D includes the requirements in Profile B and in addition, requires students to successfully complete two additional sciences (Level 2) above the requirements for high school graduation.

Recommended Sciences: A Program may indicate Recommended sciences: from Biology, Chemistry or Physics. This will be indicated in Admission Requirements.

Profile E
  • High School Diploma or Adult High School Diploma or GED Diploma of High School Equivalency
  • Mathematics 120 or 122

Explanatory Notes
Profile E includes the requirements in Profile B and in addition, requires students to successfully complete one Grade 12 Mathematics (Level 2).

Profile F
  • Post-secondary certificate or diploma in a related field
    or
  • Equivalent experience

Explanatory Notes
Profile F requires students to have completed a post-secondary certificate or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience. This will be indicated in Admission Requirements.

Profile G

  • High School Diploma or Adult High School Diploma or GED Diploma of High School Equivalency
  • Geometry and Applications in Mathematics 112

Explanatory Notes
Profile G requires that students successfully complete Geometry and Application in Mathematics 112.

Profile H

  • High School Diploma or Adult High School Diploma or GED Diploma of High School Equivalency
  • One (1) science from the following:
     -Biology 112 or 122
     -Chemistry 112 or 122
     -Physics 112 or 122
