Wayne Bushey – Miramichi
“NBCC is a real wheel to move us forward,” says Wayne Bushey.
Not only has Bushey been a power engineer for more than 30 years, he has successfully established his own business, WB Bearings & Boiler Supervision. In addition to his career, Bushey says he’s been a volunteer since he was seven years old. He has volunteered at everything from the heart foundation, where he was president for five years in the eighties, to minor ball. He’s also involved with a number of boards including Enterprise Miramichi and the Miramichi Chamber of Commerce.
Bushey believes education is the most important thing. Before becoming a power engineer, he used to manage a grocery store. He then learned his trade through night school. Bushey believes NBCC means the future.
