New Brunswick students interested in programs at MCCS will be able to enroll in courses on a space available basis at in-state tuition rates. Maine residents interested in studying at NBCC may enroll in courses and pay in-country rates, roughly equivalent to the cost of tuition at one of Maine's Community Colleges.

Bachelor of Applied Management
The new BAM program provides college graduates from any two-year diploma with the opportunity to continue their education at the university level and earn an undergraduate degree.

Athabasca University
Graduates from the two-year Business Administration Program have the opportunity to transfer 60 credits over to one of the following: BPA-Communication Studies, BComm, BMgmt (PD) - 3 or 4 year.
Atlantic Baptist University
Bachelor of Business Administration
Graduates from the two-year Business Administration Program who have a minimum 70% average (B) each course year will receive a maximum of 54 credit hours (18 semester courses towards a 120 credit hour degree) and will be granted entry directly into the third year of the Bachelor of Business Administration Program.
Maximum of 18 credit hours from the Accounting Option.
Total: 54 credit hours
Note : No more than 7 courses or 21 credit hours of business courses can be counted toward the major requirements for the B.B.A. Therefore, in order for a student to receive the maximum number of credits, he/she must use the general electives available within the degree.
Cape Breton University
Bachelor of Business Administration
Graduates from the two-year Business Administration Program who have a minimum 70% average (B) each course year will be eligible to receive their Bachelor of Business Administration within two additional calendar years of study at CBU.
University of New Brunswick – Saint John
Bachelor of Applied Management in Accounting
Graduates of the two year Business Administration– Accounting option who have a minimum average of 70% (B) will be granted direct entry into the third year of the Bachelor of Applied Management in Accounting.

Engineering Technology
Memorial University
Bachelor of Technology
Students graduating from the two year Civil Engineering Technology program which are accredited by CTAB at the technologist level are eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Technology program. Students will then have to successfully complete 12 courses (36 credit hours), together with a technical project and report, to complete the degree program. Training for this can be done entirely through distance education.
Cape Breton University
Bachelor of Technology
Graduates of the two year Civil Engineering Technology program with an average mark of 70% or more are eligible to enter into the CBU Bachelor of Technology Degree program with fifteen months remaining for program completion.
Lakehead University
Bachelor of Engineering
Students from the two year Civil Engineering Technology program with an average mark of at least 70% in their final year are eligible to enter into the third year of the Bachelor of Technology Degree. This average is based on the marks/grades received by the applicant in their first attempt in the required courses in the final year of their program. Students will also be required to complete a bridging program during the first summer in the program.
Athabasca University
Graduates from the Electronics Engineering Technology Program can transfer between 30 and 60 credits towards either a BSc (PD) or a BMgmt (PD)
University of New Brunswick – Saint John
Bachelor of Technology
The New Brunswick Community College and UNBSJ are currently negotiating for accreditation into the Bachelor of Technology program. Agreements should be met by the end of this year.
Royal Roads University
Bachelor of Science
This memorandum of understanding constitutes an agreement between the Science, Technology and Environment Division at Royal Roads University (RRU) and the Environmental Technologies department at New Brunswick Community College.
RRU provides block transfer of students from NBCC with appropriate prerequisite qualifications and grades into the third year of the Bachelor of Science Degree Programs.

Athabasca University
Graduates from the one-year Human Services Certificate Program can apply 45 credits towards their BPA-Human Services. Graduates from the one-year Practical Nurse Certificate Program can apply a total of 54 credits towards their BPA-Human Services.
Athabasca University will also accept graduates of the Criminal Justice program into the third year of the Bachelor of Public Administration – Criminal Justice (http://www.athabascau.ca/cgi-bin/credit_transfer.pl)
Graduates of the Youth Care Worker, Correctional Techniques and Police Foundations programs are eligible to apply for the third year of studies in the Bachelor of Arts in Community Studies at Cape Breton University.
Saint Thomas University will accept graduates of the Criminal Justice and Correctional Techniques programs into the Bachelor of Applied Arts – Criminal Justice
The Atlantic Police Academy will accept graduates of the NBCC Police Foundations program into the Police Science (Cadet) program

Bachelor of Technology (Microelectronics Systems Design) Degree
Students graduating from the two year Information Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology program, with an average mark of 70% or more in their final year, are eligible to enter into the Bachelor of Technology Degree program with 15 calendar months of classes remaining.
