Stacey MacLean
- Hospitality & Tourism Management Graduate, 2007
Home to approximately 300 students, the NBCC St. Andrews Campus offers programs in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Information Technology, Aquaculture, Marine, Health and Trades. Programs are designed around the needs and demands of industry. Students receive applied, practical training on up-to-date technology and equipment in order to gain the knowledge and skills required by industry.
Through our educational partnerships and networks, students can receive credits towards another certificate, diploma or degree. And students who have taken courses or have work experience should talk to us about Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition.
We want our students to be global citizens, and we offer programming that allows students to live and study around the world. Students may take part in a study term in Mexico learning the language and culture, may be taking an online course with others from across the country, or may be seated in a classroom in St. Andrews next to a student from Asia, Latin America, Europe or Africa. We host students from all over the world, creating a multicultural environment on our campus.
Imagine studying and learning in one of the most beautiful tourist destinations in the world! St. Andrews boasts some ofthe most awe-inspiring scenery New Brunswick has to offer.
We encourage our students to get involved in their community. The town offers a curling rink, skating rink, movie theatre, health spa, aquarium, arts center, restaurants, kayaking, hiking, and a number of well-known marine research facilities. Whether you want to be a member of the local film society, are interested in marine life, or simply want to stay fit and healthy, there is something for everyone. You will be amazed by the things there are to do!
