The Health & Continuing Education Department at NBCC Moncton continually updates its programs to meet the continuous improvement standards of the Quality System.

The Health & Continuing Education Department and NBCC Moncton's training consultants work with the community to provide training opportunities that are not included in regular programs.

In addition to the regular General Studies program, the college provides a number of high school and college courses by correspondence. GED preparation programs are also offered at various locations to serve community needs. NBCC Moncton is currently offering five, eight-week day-time programs that prepare students to write the GED exam.

Specialty Programs

CORRESPONDENCE SERVICES: The Correspondence Department offers English, chemistry, biology, geography, and Business Technology communication and Canadian Law courses. NIGHT SCHOOL: NBCC Moncton offers in excess of 70 class options every term. Classes generally start in September, January, and April every year. To access our night school calendar click here or pick up a calendar at 1234 Mountain Road in Moncton.

Accreditation
 
Practical Nursing graduates are eligible to write the examination administered by the Association of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses.

Staff

Instructors are highly qualified educators with comprehensive backgrounds in health and academic studies. The staff also have a strong education background coupled with many years of practical experience.
